Exploring the origin of objects is a fascinating pursuit, as is exploring their connection to a function, region, era or art form.

This dialogue covers the origins of design, the intelligence of the object and the care that has always been taken in creating it. As such, functional and art objects communicate with one another, regardless of the time that divides them, and find formal similarities, shared and universal uses, similar or opposing scales, comparable motifs, and more.
